Carleton Resources
Carleton University offers a wide range of services to students:
Student Academic Success Centre
SASC offers a wide range of services to meet students’ learning needs, including: one-on-one academic advising in the Student Academic Success Centre; workshops, study skills appointments, study spaces and more at Learning Support Services; a network of peers helping peers in our Peer Assisted Study Sessions; and assistance with academic writing in the Writing Tutorial Service.
Writing Tutorial Services
The Writing Tutorial Service (WTS) is a service, offered by Carleton University’s Student Academic Success Centre (SASC), that is dedicated to supporting students’ academic writing. We serve all Carleton students at all levels of study. Over the years, our core tutoring service has been augmented with an outreach service offering workshops within classes as well as other collaborations and partnerships with professors, teaching assistants and student support units at Carleton.
Health & Counselling Services
Health and Counselling Services is your health and wellness centre on campus. We do much more than treat illnesses; we provide counselling, a resource centre and a student peer program.
Ombuds Services
Ombuds Services is an independent office at Carleton financed by the university and CUSA (Carleton University Students Association). We help hundreds of students every year to find the best solution to their problems on and off campus.
Equity Services
We promote equity, diversity and human rights.
